For best results, begin with the back teeth and work your way towards the front. Direct the stream at a 90-degree angle to your gumline, with the tip inside your mouth. Glide the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth. Continue this process until you have thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of both the upper and lower teeth.

To use the orthodontic tip, gently glide it along the gumline, pausing briefly to lightly brush the area between teeth and around the orthodontic bracket, before moving to the next tooth.
