Our handheld steam cleaner for home can heat up within 3-5 minutes and reach a temperature of up to 230°F (115°C). It features a large 15.21OZ (450ML) water tank, and we recommend adding no more than 11.83OZ (350ML) for optimal performance, as adding more water may cause leakage during heating and use.

If the safety cap cannot be opened after using the steam cleaner, it is likely because the steam has not been fully released. In this case, please follow these steps: 1. Unplug the device. 2. Invert the steam cleaning device and press down to fully release the steam. 3. Open the lid. 4. Add water to the steam cleaner.

If the steam cleaner is not pressurized enough during use, please ensure that the safety cap is tightened. We do not recommend using the steam cleaner without properly tightening the cap, as it may result in burns.

Additionally, if the steam cleaner experiences air leakage after installing the accessories and heating up, simply press the "ON/OFF" button once, and the issue should be resolved, allowing you to continue using the device.
